We are well capitalized and are growing in leaps and bounds, now needing a talented Vice President of Sales & Distribution to spearhead our national future growth plans. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Car Allowance Health Benefits Bonus Structure THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Reporting to the Vice President-Sales, this individual will: Responsible for all regional distributors, retail chains, and broker networks in his/her region Responsible for high level customer partnerships to drive new business opportunities through strategic and tactical planning Excel in developing and maintaining positive business relationships with key decision makers within accounts Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of accounts within territory Responsible for the Implementation & Maintenance of the Annual Customer Business Planning and operational strategies Execute Strategic and Effective Business plan through targeting and promotions to increase revenue and doors Prospect and qualify accounts and ensure sound financial decision making Maintain detailed knowledge of products, market and competitors Establish clear objectives and goals weekly, monthly and yearly BACKGROUND PROFILE: This is a unique role with Regional Sales and Business Development responsibilities. This individual must own, drive, and ensure profitable growth in new and existing accounts within the Western Region. Candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate effectively as a team member. Bachelor’s degree required 5-10 years of regional sales experience Detail oriented Strong analytical thinking Hard working, ambitious, confident and good communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment Efficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Finance Knowledge a plus Ability to travel 50% of the time Additional Considerations We are looking for an energetic catalyst to make big things happen.
