We are well capitalized and are growing in leaps and bounds, now needing a talented Vice President of Sales & Distribution to spearhead our national future growth plans. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Car Allowance Health Benefits Bonus Structure THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Reporting to the Vice President-Sales, this individual will: Responsible for all national tobacco/vape distributors, retail chains, and broker networks Responsible for high level customer partnerships to drive new business opportunities, increase presence and secure product positioning and retail space through strategic and tactical planning Excel in developing and maintaining positive business relationships with key partnerships Responsible for the Implementation & Maintenance of the Annual Customer Business Planning and operational strategies Execute Strategic and Effective Business plan through targeting, promotions and activation plans that will increase doors and revenue Prospect, qualify, and educate accounts to ensure sound financial decision making Expand on our platform of strengths and enthusiastically promote the NJOY mission and products, while educating retailers and partnerships using data, analytical proficiency, and sales strategies. Maintain detailed knowledge of products, market trends and competitor offerings Establish clear objectives and goals weekly, monthly and yearly BACKGROUND PROFILE: This is a unique role with National Sales and Business Development responsibilities. This individual must develop, own, drive, and ensure profitable growth in new and existing Tobacco and Vape Supply Chain. Candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to collaborate effectively as a team member. Bachelor’s degree required 5-10 years of national account sales experience Tobacco and vape supply chain experience a must Strong analytical and strategic thinking Hard working, ambitious, confident and good communication proficiency Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment Efficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Finance Knowledge a plus Ability to travel 50% of the time Additional Considerations: We are looking for an energetic catalyst to make big things happen.
