Description:
Exciting New Opportunity- Great Company- Newly Created Position! Midstream Sales/Product Manager Develops an overall Midstream Account Plan that maximizes opportunities and generates sales activities with customers. Builds a sales team that captures a position in the reciprocating compressor midstream market. Attain, develop and cultivate new midstream clients for new business. Assumes primary responsibility for midstream customer relationships and sales strategies. Leads development of sales strategies and plans to grow accounts with sales team. Tracks and shares client relationship developments and prospects. Leads pricing strategy development and pricing reviews, and develops bid & proposal estimates. Works with sales and operations teams to assess resources availability and assemble project teams. Works closely with the Marketing department to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Qualifications BS or BA or relevant work experience. Minimum 5 years of midstream / high-speed reciprocating compressor industry experience. 2- 5 years minimum experience in business development with a focus on the midstream / high-speed portion. Product Management experience preferred. Experience in the Midstream reciprocating compressor industry. Must have experience managing remote teams. Experience with a strategic sales approach that includes training / mentoring sales people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
