Description:
This is an exciting time to be apart of this Regional convenience store chain as they grow, upgrade, introduce a major contemporary branding initiative. Therefore the right person comes with a strategic, empowered, and proven convenience store employment. As the leader, decision maker, and cheerleader of this department you and the support staff will work towards a bright future within this privately owned, lean enterprise that has a rich and tenured (50+ years) history. Key competencies: Participate in development, layout and details of new store concepts and store set ups. Prepare annual store sales, margin forecast, & oversee the development of monthly promotional programs. Effectively develop, implement, advertise and analyze product promotional packages in stores. Organize advertising content with media suppliers including develop when necessary: print, billboard and electronic advertising media. Develop and oversee company’s social media marketing strategy. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution and strategy. Must have current Marketing/Merchandising within convenience retail Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
