Description:Social Media Marketing Manager COMPANY PROFILE: We are a 10 year old conglomerate of company's located in Ft. Myers, Florida. We are poised to capitalize on the expansive growth of drone technology opportunities available in SWFL. Although our primary market is focused in the Southwest region, our capabilities and expertise extends throughout the state of Florida and beyond. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Progressive, expanding company Profit Sharing after 90 days Excellent company culture; lots of fun team building events THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: You will report directly to one of the company partners and will be responsible for marketing and social media content for our four sister companies. Responsible for coordinating, planning, and reporting the activities of multiple contractors Your experience and great attitude will help propel this established, entrepreneurial company to the next level of growth and efficiency. You have worked with contracts and compliance and feel comfortable working with people. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at our four companies. You will take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of our company through various goals and objectives. Plan marketing and branding objectives of four companies Create, develop and manage social media presence Expand product solutions and offerings. Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Prepare and adhere to budgets. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials for the umbrella of companies. Design print ads and publications. Ensure brand messages are consistent. Gather and analyze customer insight. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share. Engage consumers on various social media platforms. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms. Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics as provided by Senior Management . Drive overall CRM and direct marketing. Engage other organizations within the community. Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. Potentially develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. BACKGROUND PROFILE: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years in marketing and promotions Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends Excellent communication and decision-making skills Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies Proficiency with Hub Spot marketing suite, CRM software and MS Office Products COMMUNITY Education-Florida has 26 Colleges, with many High and Middle Schools as part of an Above Average Local Educational System. Naples and Ft. Myers in Lower Third Nationally in Crime Statistics. Recreation- Florida attracted 162MM visitors in 2015. Cost of living is moderate. SW Florida has 3 of the top 10 beaches in the country.
